Are towels and bed linens provided?
A
Bed linens such as sheets, blankets and pillowcases are 
provided for every type of accomodation but towels are only 
provided for those occupying private twin-sharing or family 
rooms. Guests utilising dormitory beds may however rent 
towels at a nominal fee of MYR2.00

What about shampoo and soap?
A
Hair shampoo and body soap is provided in all shower 
cubicles for all guests.

Can we smoke within the guest house premises?
A
No.  Berambih Lodge is a smoke free zone.  
Guests who smoke may indulge in their nicotine fix outside 
the premises or at the outdoor garden balcony.  There 
is a MYR50.00 fine for breaking this rule.

Are there lockers in the dormitory rooms?
A
Yes.

What do I need to provide upon check in?
A
We require you to fill in the registration form, to place a 
RM50.00 refundable deposit (for any loss / damages to your 
room/bed, keys, access card and towels), full payment of 
your room/bed in advance and the names of any roommates.

What time is check-in / check-out?
A
Check-in is from 1 pm and check-out by 11 am.

How about arrangements for late check out?
A
For check outs between 1pm to 3pm we charge one-half of 
the room/bed rate and any check out after 3pm we charge 
full room/bed rate subject to availability. However, 
if you have a late flight/bus/boat out, you are welcome to 
store your bags with us (at your own risk) and laze around in 
the common areas until you have to say goodbye.
